The Patient Voice Photography Project was inspired by the idea that doctors and medical professionals should be aware of what goes on in the mind and life of brain tumor patients and survivors outside of the hospital setting. Children's Brain Tumor Foundation worked in collaboration with the Photo ID Foundation (www.photoidfoundation.org) and with a grant from the Arnold P. Gold Foundation (www.humanism-in-medicine.org) to create this project.
The Heads Up Conference (HUC) is an annual retreat for young adult brain tumor survivors. It takes place at Camp-Mak-a-Dream in Gold Creek, Montana. This video highlights some of the many things that make HUC such a unique and wonderful experience.
