Taking care of ourselves is often challenging and many times it is hard to make self-care a priority. When taking care of a child in treatment, receiving treatment, or going through any type of stress, our sleep can be signficantly impacted. Sleep enables us to have energy, think more clearly, make decisions, function, and be present with our friends and family. Sleep also has an affect on our immune systems.
