CenterWatch does not run clinical trials but is a database to find current trials.

ClinicalTrials.gov
ClinicalTrials.gov is a registry and results database of publicly and privately supported clinical studies of human participants conducted around the world.

This is an informative website that displays the states that have passed legislation or instituted special agreements requiring them to pay the cost of routine medical care you receive as a participant in a clinical trial.
 
TrialCheck is the leading cancer clinical trial search engine. TrialCheck continuously imports information for all cancer clinical studies federally registered with the U.S. Government Department of Health and Human Services via its databases ClinicalTrials.gov, a service of the National Institutes of Health, and Physician Data Query (PDQ®), a cancer database of the National Cancer Institute.
