CenterWatch does not run clinical trials but is a database to find current trials. is a registry and results database of publicly and privately supported clinical studies of human participants conducted around the world.

CureSearch supports clinical trials "that show promise in making a difference for children with cancer."
The Musella Foundation runs a program specifically for virtual trials.
This is an informative website that displays the states that have passed legislation or instituted special agreements requiring them to pay the cost of routine medical care you receive as a participant in a clinical trial.
TrialCheck is the leading cancer clinical trial search engine. TrialCheck continuously imports information for all cancer clinical studies federally registered with the U.S. Government Department of Health and Human Services via its databases, a service of the National Institutes of Health, and Physician Data Query (PDQ®), a cancer database of the National Cancer Institute.
