The following are a list of brain tumor and brain injury resources listed alphabetically by state.

Alabama: 

A statewide, nonprofit organization that helps people with brain injuries in Alabama through funding or job search help.

Gives lists of several treatments that people with brain tumors can receive. Has a list of all the neurologists and links to other programs 

Has a list of all the symptoms causes and treatments for any brain injury for Birmingham, Alabama.  

Alaska: 

Educates, plans and coordinates activities for people in Alaska with brain injuries.  

This is a brain injury support group in Alaska, a peer-driven group that helps people with brain injuries. Phone: 907-248-4777 

This is a guide that helps people with brain tumors connect with doctors, and any other resources they may need.  

Arizona: 

This site has several links that give resources for people with brain injuries in Arizona. You can call them directly at (602) 323-9165.

This is a support group for people with brain injuries in Arizona. They have a list of several different support groups with contact numbers for each group.  

Arkansas:  

Serves families and people with brain injuries and disabilities. Nonprofit organization that helps people get the funds and help they need. Phone: 1-866-610-4841 

Gives a list of answers for frequently asked questions for people with brain injuries. Also has links to branches that provide safety procedures for people with brain injuries.  

Made by the Children’s Hospital, this site has a list of resources that helps children move on from having a brain injury and have a better life.  

California:  

Non-profit organization that provides resources for people with brain injuries in California. Has a list of several links that help. 

Has a list of links that provide resources for people with brain injuries. Has phone numbers and addresses of the organizations.  

Has links to brain injury services that organizations can provide to you. Can contact at 916-558-5780 

Colorado: 

Gives resources and links to all policies and resources for adults and kids with brain injuries.  

Resources for children with brain injuries in Colorado. Has links and phone numbers attached for all resources.  

All resources for people with traumatic brain injuries. Several resources for support with phone numbers and addresses.  

Connecticut:  

An organization of brain injury specialists that can assist people with brain injuries in any way. Phone: 800-278-8242 

Helps people with brain injuries in Connecticut live an outstanding life. You can apply here for all benefits they provide.  

Has links for patients and caregivers of anyone that has or someone who is caring for someone with a brain tumor. 

Delaware:  

You can become a member on this website. It has resources for any individual who has gone through a brain injury. 

A non-profit organization that provides benefits and help for people that have a brain injury. Phone: 302-346-2083 

Has a list of all the experts in Delaware that specialize in brain tumors. Can provide help for anyone with a brain tumor.  

Florida: 

This group has thousands of members that can help assist anyone with a brain injury. Has fundraisers and can help you locate a professional that can help.  

Has a list of resources for Florida that are designed for people that have or have gone through brian tumors.  

Georgia:  

Resources and support for people with brain injuries in Georgia. Phone: 404-712-5504

A non-profit organization that assists families and individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Has several support groups and camps that you can go to.  

Hawaii: 

Has membership opportunities for people with brain injuries. Helps find careers and resources for living with brain injury.

Helps give resources for people who have gone through traumatic brain injuries. Provides employment and support group help.  

Idaho: 

Has a list of support groups and links to resources for people with brain injuries. Phone: 208-367-2747 

Has a list of links for resources including; Idaho State Brain Injury resources and traumatic brain injury articles.  

Has a list of all risk factors, symptoms and more to determine if you have a brain tumor. Also has the resource guide which provides you to links for help. 

Illinois:  

All Resources and education resources for people with brain injuries. Has documents that you can download that provide help. Phone: 312-726-5699 

All resources for people with traumatic brain injuries in Illinois. Has funding and advocacy for anyone with brain injuries.  

Indiana:  

The brain injury association for Indiana. Has links to resources for people with brain injuries. Designed both for caregivers and the people with brain injuries. 

Provides help for all people with brain injuries. Helps with advocacy, resources and funding for survivors and their family. 

Has 97 pages of all the resources that are in Indiana. Has phone numbers, organization names, anything someone with a brain tumor might need.  

Iowa: 

Has resources for people with brain injuries and their caregivers. Can be contacted at: 1-855-444-6443 

Provides help for all people with brain injuries. Help with advocacy, resources and funding for both you and your caregivers.  

Has resources for all types of cancer. Has lists of phone numbers and all organizations that can help assist.  

Kansas: 

 The brain injury association for Kansas. Has links to resources for people with brain injuries. Designed both for caregivers and the people with brain injuries. 

Provides help for all people with brain injuries. Help with advocacy, resources and funding for both patients and caregivers.  

Based on the University of Kansas’s cancer center. Has links to resources and tips on how to live well after brain cancer.  

Kentucky:  

The brain injury association for Kentucky. Has links to resources for people with brain injuries. Designed both for caregivers and the people with brain injuries. 

A non-profit organization who provides resources for people with brain injuries from Kentucky. Contact at: 502-493-0609 

A 15-page PDF with resources for brain cancer patients. Has job resources, money help and resources for the caregivers.  

Louisiana: 

Has links to resources for people with brain injuries. Designed both for caregivers and the people with brain injuries. 

Gives resources for financial and help for all head injuries including traumatic head injuries and spinal cord injuries.  

Has a list of support groups in the Louisiana area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group.  

Maine: 

Has a list of support groups in the Maine area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group.  

Has a list of resources for each brain tumor patient in the Maine area. Has several organizations that can assist you. 

Has resources that a patient can use to determine which stage of cancer they are at, and what they can do at each stage.  

Maryland: 

Has a list of support groups in the Maryland area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group.  

Accepts all brain tumor patients to the University of Maryland cancer services. Has a list of treatments it can perform.  

Has a list of resources for John Hopkins University for people with brain tumors. Phone: 410-955-8371 

Massachusetts: 

Has a list of support groups in the Massachusetts area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group.  

Has resources for therapy and other support resources that help peple get through cancer.  

Has a list of support groups that meet to talk about any type of cancer not just brain tumors.  

Michigan:  

Has a list of support groups in the Michigan area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group.  

Has a list of services available to people that have brain cancer in the University of Michigan area.  

A link to a pdf that has a list of resources that someone with a brain tumor could use. Including support groups and financial help.  

Minnesota:

Has a list of the research and faculty that is at the University of Minnesota that is actively looking for cures or treatments for brain tumors.  

Has a list of educational resources designed for children that have brain tumors.  

Mississippi:

Has a list of programs and services for people with brain tumors. They show advances in technology, whether it be radiation therapy or why the individual got the tumor.  

Has a list of all the cancer risk factors and symptoms that show up the most in children. Can help parents detect cancer early.  

Missouri:  

Has a list of support groups in the Missouri area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group.  

Has a list of organizations in Missouri throughout the state, one for each region. These can help people with cancer.  

Has a list of links to cancer information services, has well over 5 links to each type of cancer, most notably brain.  

Montana:  

Has a list of support groups in the Montana area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Dedicated for people with brain tumors in Montana. Shows all the effects and poteintal benefits of radiation therapy and how someone can get the therapy.  

Has a list of all the information about brain tumors, has the types, the effects and any treatments that someone can go through.  

Nebraska:  

Has a list of support groups in the Nebraska area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has several links to the hospital billing help, all organizational resources and can make an appointment at: 800-922-0000 

Has a link to the official Nebraska medical support group. They welcome patients, parents and caregivers for support. 

Nevada:  

Has a list of support groups in the Nevada area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of resources that is for children and adults who have or have had brain tumors. Has educational links for doctors, parents, and patients.  

Has a list of all the doctors in the Reno area that can give medical help to people that have brain tumors. 

New Hampshire: 

Has a list of support groups in the New Hampshire area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of resources for everyone involved with brain tumors including; caregivers, patients and the doctors.  

A pdf that has several pages of resources, including; connections programs, and a think-first program.  

New Jersey:  

Has a list of support groups in the New Jersey area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has links to the two main brain tumor support groups in New Jersey. Has links for the Central New Jersey brain support group and Monmouth support group.  

Has specialized health services including; diagnostics and genetic screenings, treatment options, and participation in clinical trials.  

New Mexico:  

Has a list of support groups in the New Mexico area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has the phone numbers and addresses of all the organizations you can use in New Mexico. It offers support for individuals with brain injuries.  

Has a list of all the doctors that are in the area that can provide people with brain injuries with treatments.  

New York: 

Has a list of support groups in the New York area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has support help including; financial assistance, counseling, support groups, and community programs.  

Has a list of about 30 different websites that provide resources for people with brain cancer in New York.  

North Carolina:  

Has a list of support groups in the North Carolina area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

You can set up an appointment with Duke University’s Medical center. There they will help with a treatment and any counseling you may need.  

This is a link for the University of North carolina’s cancer center. Has the treatment team and any treatments that will help.  

North Dakota:  

Has a list of support groups in the North Dakota area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has four pages of resources that can help you. This includes symptoms, treatments and any organizations that will help.  

This is medicine net’s official website. This article is for brain tumor resources for Bismarck, North Dakota. Has several foundations that can help out.  

Ohio:  

Has a list of support groups in the Ohio area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of each organization in all of the counties in Ohio. Also has the phone numbers and addresses of the organizations.  

Has a list of all the meetings of a support group, the address and the meaning and objective of the group.  

Oklahoma:  

Has a list of support groups in the Oklahoma area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

This is an organization who tries to make money that is used to help people who have brain tumors. They have cancer runs, and ways to donate.  

This is a way to get financial help for people with cancer in Oklahoma.  

Oregon:  

Has a list of support groups in the Oregon area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of all the different cancer support organizations and where to find them and how to contact them.  

Talks about how to make an appointment with the Oregon Health and science University to help deal with having a brain tumor.  

Pennsylvania:  

Has a list of support groups in the Pennsylvania area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

This is the University of Penn’s Medicine department, it has resources for the Penn Brain Tumor center.  

Has a list of all the support groups for the University of Pennsylvania, you can research all the symptoms and all the treatments available here.  

Rhode Island:  

Has a list of support groups in the Rhode Island area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has statistics for brain and spine cancer, also has learning resources and all research the organization does.  

Has a list of all treatments and diagnostics they have available to the hospital. Has links to all the different treatments that can help people with brain tumors.  

South Carolina:  

Has a list of support groups in the South Carolina area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Link to the hospital’s brain tumor program. Has links for patient resources, contact information, and all links to other helpful organizations.  

Designed for children who have brain tumors, and for their caregivers. Has comprehensive care and doctors from all fields, with a list of all their services included.  

South Dakota:  

Has a list of support groups in the South Dakota area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of how brain tumors are graded in South Dakota, depending on this, you have access to certain resources.  

Has a list of all the events that are in South Dakota that are for people that have brain tumors.  

Tennessee: 

Has a list of support groups in the Tennessee area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of all the brain tumor resources for Tennessee. Has a list of all the top 10 resources for people with brain tumors.  

Has the contact details of a cancer support community that resides in East Tennessee. Has the phone number and address.  

Texas:  

Has a list of support groups in the Texas area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has an event that raises money for people living with brain tumors in Texas. This is an annual event occurring in November.  

This is the UT southwestern medical center has the clinical trials they have done, and the treatments available.  

Utah:  

Has a list of support groups in the Utah area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a large pdf attached that has all the cancer resources available for the state of Utah.  

Has all the trials and treatments available at the University of Utah’s cancer program.  

Vermont:  

 Has a list of support groups in the Vermont area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a large summary of all the resources in Vermont that help people live with cancer.  

Cancer is tracked here in Vermont and this is how people are registered as having cancer. This allows them to get the benefits.  

Virginia:  

 Has a list of support groups in the Virginia area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of all the therapies that are available, including radiation. And this can help you get the help you need.  

Has a list of all the resources available for cancer patients. This will allow you to talk to medical experts that can help in your treatment.  

Washington:  

Has a list of support groups in the Washington area and has addresses and phone numbers for each group. 

Has a list of all the local support services and the national organizations.

West Virginia:

Wisconsin:

Wyoming:
