Meditation Monday

Meditation Monday is a monthly guided meditation session for YA survivors. Sessions are for survivors who already meditate, for those who would like to start meditation or for anyone who is curious to learn more about meditation. Sessions take place at a downtown DC metro accessible location.

Survivor Career Meeting

Survivors from the New York Tristate area will meet for a Career Development Meeting where they will discuss challenges and skills when it comes to finding a career as a brain tumor survivors. Dinner will be provided. Contact Stacia Wagner for more details.

AYA Ski Trip

Friday, February 17, 2017 - 11:00am

Through the generous sponsorship of Jenna's Rainbow Foundation, teen and young adult brain tumor survivors (ages 16+) from the Tri-State and Boston area will be heading to Mount Sunapee to hit the slopes! This overnight trip to Newbury, NH will take place from February 17th-19th.

We are partnering with the New England Healing Sports Association (NEHSA) to provide adaptive ski lessons to adolescent and young adult brain tumor survivors.  This includes the use of specialized equipment and one on one instruction.

Minneapolis Parent and Survivor Brain Tumor Support Meeting

Children's Brain Tumor Foundation and Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota are partnering to bring Parent an Survivor Brain Tumor Support Groups to the Minneapolis area. These groups are for parents and survivors ages14 and up. Dinner is included and we are pleased to offer free childcare for the duration of these groups.

Location: Children's Hospitals and Clinics on Minnesota, Minneapolis, Room CSC 408.
