CBTF Bereaved Mentor Training in L.A. Sat Jan 21st

Children's Brain Tumor Foundation is joining with We Can, Pediatric Brain Tumor Network, to offer a mentor training in Los Angeles for bereaved parents on Saturday, January 21st, 2012. The training will be from 11am-2:30pm and will include lunch. Mentors are parents or caregivers who have been bereaved for at least one year and are willing to reach out to other bereaved families seeking support through CBTF's Family2Family Program.  Parents who have participated in this program as mentors, or as parents seeking peer support, have significantly benefited from the mentor/parent relationship.
