JENNIFER ZIVIC'S BLOGS FROM THE MOUNTAIN! BLOG #4

We are at 16,400 feet in Labouche. I am kicking butt but still nervous about the next 2 days. I feel like my nose is going to fall off! Did I tell you yet that our main guide has summitted Everest 7 times and was the co-lead sherpa on the Discovery channel show on Everest called Beyond the Limits. His name is Phinjo Sherpa! I am in capable hands and feel good about that. We saw many memorials on the mountain today of fallen climbers that did not make it back including Scott Fischer from the 1996 tragedy that inspired Jon Krakauers book Into Thin Air. And boy the air is thin!
